Overnighting before an early flight from Toronto Airport, so well-located. Room was adequaete and clean, shower good, and bed was comfortable.

My room was clean and met my needs. The availability of the toiletries was nice. The breakfast time of operation was nice. The variety was good. The staff met my needs when there was an issue with my room. They came to my room quickly. The shower wouldn't turn on. It was fixed. The fridge was leaking water. It was handled promptly.

Well organise the staff are very good polite helpful. I can’t believe it for that value for money clean ass beautiful location in fact is more than my expectation. Alex is a very nice guy and also other staff which I forgot your name. I’m sorry they’re wonderful people, Sheila was like Mother always look after our Breakfast in the morning she’s Amazing I am coming Back for real

Nice hotel near the aeroport. We arrived late in the afternoon at Toronto Airport from Italy and we needed a place to stay for the night without driving late. The hotel was clean, silent and confortable. The room was quite new with air conditioning and a coffe machine. The courtains didn't allow the sun to light us in the morning. The structure had also free parking. They had a an ice machine.

We have learned to choose hotels by the restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is a decent Mediterranean place a five minute walk away that, while drafty, serves amazing food. The room was clean and didn't smell strongly of cleaners, as some do. Comfortable beds.

The weather was very cold, and I had to shorten my walks around Toronto. So I arrived at the hotel earlier than planned. I wasn't expecting that, but the wonderful hotel staff allowed me to check in early. I was able to rest after the overnight flight and the chilly weather. Thank you for that! Very clean and comfortable. A quiet and cozy hotel. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

Room was clean and well furnished. Bathroom had good products and all facilities were clean and well functioning. The female staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I just wanted put in a compliment for Preeti and thank her for her excellent customer service. I approached her with a complaint about breakfast and she went and beyond to make things right and ensure that was content! Thank you Preeti!
